My name is Elliot, I'm passionate about cooking... but even more so about the moments that surround it.
Two years ago, I decided to change direction (and my life!) by earning a CAP (Certificate of Professional Aptitude for Cooking) in cuisine. Today, what I love most is cooking in good company, a glass of wine in hand, in a simple and warm atmosphere.
These workshops are an opportunity for me to share a cuisine that reflects my personality, to meet wonderful people, and to create convivial moments around quality products.
